Just to let you know you can freeze both eggs and milk if stocking up! We started making yogurt in the crock-pot that has worked when milk that gets to close to the expiration date- If making a lot due to a lot of milk you can also freeze both the yogurt and milk in ice cube trays and baggie for smoothies and soups in the future!!
