Power pumping helped me when my supply was low. Pump for 1 hour with 10 mins on and 10 mins off until the hour is off. I usually get more the next session. It makes you body think the baby is cluster feeding. I did this every week after my LO was 6mos and I was able to breastfeed for 12 months.

Another essential item I used, which looks totally silly, is one of those pumping bras with a zipper in front and places for the flanges. That left me hands free to read a book or even continue working on my laptop if I needed to.
