This feel-good, heartwarming movie isn&rsquo;t a typical pick, but you might just love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We just wrapped up the third full week of first grade, and these early school mornings are for the <em>birds<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It takes at least three tries to get our daughter out of bed every morning, I feel like I&rsquo;m running a military school getting her ready to leave on time, and as soon as we get home from work we have to start making dinner. This leaves <strong>zero time<\/strong> for a proper <a title=\"12 Songs for a Rockin&rsquo; Family Dance Party\" href=\"https:\/\/happyyouhappyfamily.com\/2014\/03\/12-songs-family-dance-party-kids\/\">family dance party<\/a> before the dinner-bathtime-storytime-bedtime routine starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So when Friday came this week, we were all THRILLED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We celebrated with pizza and a family movie night with our family&rsquo;s <strong>favorite<\/strong> movie.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.kb-table-of-content-nav.kb-table-of-content-id5736_54fd65-35 .kb-table-of-content-wrap{padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}.kb-table-of-content-nav.kb-table-of-content-id5736_54fd65-35 .kb-table-of-contents-title-wrap{padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}.kb-table-of-content-nav.kb-table-of-content-id5736_54fd65-35 .kb-table-of-contents-title{font-weight:regular;font-style:normal;text-transform:uppercase;}.kb-table-of-content-nav.kb-table-of-content-id5736_54fd65-35 .kb-table-of-content-wrap .kb-table-of-content-list{font-weight:regular;font-style:normal;margin-top:var(--global-kb-spacing-sm, 1.5rem);margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:0px;}<\/style>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-this-movie-might-surprise-you\">This Movie Might Surprise You<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This movie probably isn&rsquo;t a typical pick for a family with small kids because of a few curse words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we figure that our child will hear bad words anyway, so we&rsquo;d rather be there when she hears them to teach her what they are and when they&rsquo;re appropriate&mdash;before she hears them from other kids and they have an aura of the <strong>forbidden<\/strong> about them, making them irresistible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not to mention I&rsquo;ve been known to <a title=\"The One Parenting Rule I Break the Crap out Of\" href=\"https:\/\/happyyouhappyfamily.com\/2014\/05\/parenting-rule-swear-jar\/\">slip up myself<\/a>. A LOT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sad parts, the intense parts, even the <strong>happy<\/strong> parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-best-part\">The Best Part<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I&rsquo;ve always loved this quote from the movie.
